1. Introduction
These terms and conditions (the "Terms"), together with the Privacy Policy and the Cookies Policy (jointly hereinafter, the "Data Protection Policies"), regulate the access and use of this website and each and all of the web pages found under the domain "mad.io", as well as the respective sub-domains and sub-directories (hereinafter, the "Website").
The purpose of the Website is to provide the user (hereinafter, “you” or the “user”) with access to job openings and to permit the companies of mad.io (hereinafter, “Mad Collective”) access to the curriculum vitae of the users in line with the requirements indicated on the Website.
Access to the Website and the use of its content and services implies full and unreserved adhesion to these Terms that are valid and published on the Website at the time the user accesses it. These Terms may be modified at any time without notice, and Terms are valid as of the effective date noted above. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website.
2. Purpose
2.1 The purpose of these Terms is to regulate the access and use of the Website, as well as the relationship between the users and Mad Collective.
2.2 Each time that this Website is used, it will be subject to the application of the Privacy Policy that is valid at that moment, therefore, the user must review such policy to ensure that they are in compliance and agreement with the same.
3. SERVICE ACTIVATION
3.1 Mad Collective may require the activation of the user through a registration form and, where applicable, the acceptance of certain conditions in order to grant access to certain Content and/or Services. In this case, the user must provide the information requested and follow the established activation process in order to access the Content and/or Services in question.
In relation to the activation process, the user is obliged to: (i) provide accurate, precise and complete data and (ii) update the activation data so that it is at all times accurate, precise and complete.
3.2 The user undertakes to make diligent use of their username and password, and to maintain the confidentiality of both. It will be the exclusive liability of the user to maintain the confidentiality of their username and password, and they personally assume the risk of any activities carried out or that take place through the use of the same.
3.3 The user may deactivate their profile at any time by using their username and password. Mad Collective reserves the right to deactivate any profiles that are inactive for a period of 18 months or that do not comply with these Terms.
4. REGULATIONS FOR USE OF THE WEBSITE
4.1 The user acknowledges and accepts that they will use the Website and the Content and/or Services exclusively for the purposes for which it was created. It is expressly prohibited for the user to authorize a third party to use the Website, either totally or partially, or to introduce and/or incorporate the Contents and/or Services to a business activity as their own.
4.2 The user will abstain from using the Content and Services in any manner that may damage, render useless, overload or deteriorate the Website or impede normal use or enjoyment of the same by other users.
4.3 Information that the user provides us through the free text fields, as well as through the files, links or documents provided, must not contain any confidential or particularly sensitive information, such as: racial or ethnic origin, ideology or political, religious or philosophical ideology, affiliation with political parties or syndicates, physical or mental health, biometric data or genetic configuration, sexual orientation, criminal background, Social Security or personal identification number, etc.
If the user provides this type of information, they accept their own liability for the possible risks to their privacy.

5.1 Information about Mad Collective Careers
You understand and agree that the Website is provided to you on an AS IS and AS AVAILABLE basis. The user acknowledges and accepts that any data related to Mad Collective that is available on the Website is provided with merely informative purposes, and under no circumstances will be binding upon Mad Collective. We disclaim all responsibility and liability for the availability, timeliness, security or reliability of the Content and/or Services, the accuracy of any opinion or information contained on the Website, or the availability and reliability of any other information provided.
5.2 Personal information
The fact that a person has an active profile on the Website does not, under any circumstances, imply the approval or acceptance by Mad Collective or any other company for hiring this person.
5.3 Information provided by third parties
5.3.1 The Website may include information or content provided by sources other than Mad Collective. Mad Collective does not guarantee or assume any liability in relation to the certainty, integrity or accuracy of said information and/or content.
5.3.2 The user acknowledges and accepts that Mad Collective may conserve and reveal the information that it stores or make it available to third parties on the Website provided that: (i) it is required to do so by the competent authorities and bodies; (ii) it is necessary in order to comply with the Terms; (iii) it is convenient or necessary in order to respond to claims related to breaches or violations of rights; or (iv) it is convenient or necessary in order to protect the legitimate interests of Mad Collective, its users and the public in general. Further, all disclosures of Personal Data will be in compliance with the Privacy Policy.
6. CONTENT AND SERVICES OUTSIDE THE WEBSITE
6.1 The Website may make technical devices such as links, directories and search engines available to the user in order to permit the user to access web pages that pertain to and/or are managed by third parties.
6.2 The installation of these links, directories and search engines on the Website have the exclusive objective of facilitating the user's search for and access to information, content and services available on the Internet.
6.3 Mad Collective has no control over the pages linked through the links placed on the Website, and the user acknowledges and accepts that Mad Collective does not assume any liability for the content or the services which the user may access on said pages or for any product that is advertised on the same.
